All sales are final
We’re a tiny minnow of a business, and our shirts are made-to-order so unless there’s a problem with your shirt (it’s damaged or defective) all sales are final.
Once you’ve checked out, your order is sent to print and we might not be able to cancel it for you. If you’ve ordered by mistake, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try our best.
Unless your order is damaged, defective or faulty
We hope this doesn’t happen, we really do, but if your shirt isn’t up to scratch, please drop us a line ASAP (within 14 days of receipt tops) at email@example.com with:
Your order number
The name you used in the order
The email you used
A reason and pic of the faulty item.
Damaged returns must be unworn and unwashed
If you’re returning a shirt, it’s got to be unworn, unwashed and undamaged or I end up paying for it. I’m not your mum (although I bet she’s a wonderful woman) so it’s your responsibility to get the package back to the return address.
Once our warehouse receives the item and checks them, you’ll be refunded within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
